Forged of brass, iron, and ingenuity, the Steam Horse is the pride of the industrial age. Pistons pump within armored flanks, gears whir beneath polished plating, and vents release plumes of steam with each thunderous stride. Their eyes glow with alchemical fire, casting eerie light across fog-shrouded cobblestones. Once paraded as marvels for nobles, they now serve as tireless beasts of burden, war-steeds for mercenary captains, and ominous patrol-mounts for constables who prize intimidation as much as efficiency. Where these mechanical steeds ride, the sound of hooves is replaced by the clatter of metal on stone and the hiss of escaping pressure.
📜GM Hook: A shipment of Steam Horses has gone missing en route to a military foundry. When the adventurers investigate, they discover the constructs roaming free, driven by a will not their own. Who has tampered with their gears—and to what end will these iron steeds be unleashed?
