Description

Hemocraft — Blood & Gore — 6×22 ml Mini Set

From congealed clots to fresh arterial spray, Hemocraft is a surgical palette for realistic wounds, splatter, and story-driven weathering. Build depth fast, control saturation, and finish ultra-flat so the detail stays readable under any light.

Why you’ll love it

  • Full blood lifecycle: Dried maroon, hot mids, and fresh, high-read glazes.

  • BSG workflow built in: 2 Base, 2 Sketch, 2 Glaze—no guesswork.

  • Ultra-flat finish: No unwanted shine—perfect for cameras and tabletops.

  • Project-friendly volume: 6 bottles × 22 ml each.

What’s inside

  • Base (100% opaque): Bloodclot Red, Mahogany Brown

  • Sketch (pre-thinned, semi-opaque): Komrade Red, I’m Brickin Red

  • Glaze (pre-thinned, transparent): Battlefield Crimson, Burning Vermillion

How to use

  1. Base dried stains and depth with Mahogany Brown; block broader, older blood areas with Bloodclot Red.

  2. Sketch wet life back into the surface: Komrade Red for vivid mids, I’m Brickin Red for bruised, brick-oxide edges.

  3. Glaze for realism: wick Battlefield Crimson into recesses and around cuts for fresh depth; hit edges, spatters, and spray halos with Burning Vermillion for blazing, just-wet impact.

  4. Optional: Micro-spatter with a stiff brush and Burning Vermillion for cinematic specks.

Tech specs

  • Finish: Ultra-flat

  • Volume: 6×22 ml bottles

  • Use: Brush or airbrush (glazes are pre-thinned; add reducer as needed)

  • Best results: Build in thin layers; combine opaque bases with controlled glazes for believable translucency.

Pairs perfectly with:

  • Fleshcraft: Tanned Complexions — natural skin tones that make blood effects read convincingly.

  • Frostforged Metals: Cold Steel — weapons and armor surfaces where gore and grime tell the story.
